The approach of the green power gym

Green power refers to the power that is renewed in us, in our bodies.

It reminds us that whatever our situation or age, we have the capacity to change, grow and move forward, because this power and knowledge lies dormant within us.

Sport has a lot of positive effects on our lives which is something that pretty much everyone is aware of. But for my life, training has given me a backbone and set limits. I was given a trail that I learned to follow. I found that when I was tired, when I was in a bad mood, when I was not in the mood, when I didn’t seem to have the time, I could still do my best to get into training. And each of those times when I felt at the end: wow, I didn’t think I could do that – it confirmed that I can do anything, anytime, under any circumstances, it’s just a matter of time.
Sport has taught me and prepared me for life where we are given unexpected and sometimes overwhelming challenges on a daily basis. This is the attitude that I want you to learn, to trust yourself and to believe that you are capable of much more than you can imagine… While of course having a good laugh and training, sweating and suffering, rediscovering your connection with yourself and making new friends.
