Green power gym

For 4-7 years old

on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 16:00 to 16:50

Ages 7-12

Tuesday and Thursday from 15:00 to 15:50 and from 17:00 to 17:50

The main aims and guidelines of our children’s groups for children up to the age of 12, run by the Vektor Sports Club:

  • to develop a wide range and complexity of movements – to lay the foundations for general dexterity
  • to provide opportunities for playful, experiential development
  • develop an inner need for physical activity and a health-conscious attitude

By introducing and reinforcing general sports movements, we want to open the way to discovering the joy of movement, achieving success and a love of sport.

In addition to the development of complex movement coordination, we want to contribute to the creation of physical, mental and spiritual health through our multifaceted training system.

Cross teen (for ages 9-12)

Monday-Wednesday-Friday from 17:00 to 17:55

The CrossTeen training is a functional form of exercise specially designed for children, where children aged 9-12/14 can learn the correct basic movement patterns in a playful and fun environment, but under constant professional supervision.

During the sessions, they will acquire skills that will provide them with a good basis for their future sport of choice.

The focus of the training is on:
– developing eye-hand-foot coordination,
– improving posture,
– improving strength and endurance,
– improving joint mobility,
– correct execution of physical education class exercises,
– correct acquisition of basic movement patterns.

The main focus of the training sessions is on getting people to enjoy movement. Our aim is to make execising a part of our children’s lives and an integral part of their basic needs. We believe that healthier, more confident, more balanced, better performing and happier children (adults) are those who build on a good foundation of regular exercise.

Functional Junior (for ages 12-18)

Tuesday-Thursday from 18:00 to 18:55

Functional Junior sessions are aimed at the older, teenage age group.
Posture improvement, strength and endurance development, joint mobility development will continue to be important, but in addition to learning basic movement patterns correctly, we will also start to learn more serious gymnastics elements, kettlebell technique and weightlifting basics (with a non-weightlifting bar). Weight-bearing is an essential part of developing a strong, load-bearing skeletal system. This is especially important at this age, when young people spend a lot of time hunched over a desk, studying. Their heights and weights are changing rapidly, and without training the muscles cannot keep up. With the mental strain of school, the extra lessons and the sudden growth, it’s understandable that they are exhausted, want to eat and sleep. However, a sedentary daily life only “preserves” them in this state. While sport helps them to become happier, physically and mentally fit young people who live in harmony with their bodies.
