Personal training is for you if:

– you are just starting (or returning to) exercise and need some professional help,

– your schedule does not allow you to attend a group class,

– functional training is completely new to you,

– you need sport-specific coaching.

Small group training is the most effective way to improve and achieve your goals.

The number of participants: 2-4, which already ensures group dynamics, but the small number of participants ensures that we can focus almost all of our attention on you. These classes are special in that they are much more personalised, taking into account your current fitness level and the goals you want to achieve.
